Guided walk through ancient semi-natural woodland. Regeneration of woodland being monitored after removal of conifer crop.

Mosaic of habitats, rare birds and butterflies

Meet at Bruce' s Stone car park.  On Girvan Road, from Newton Stewart, turn right after bridge and follow signs to Glen Trool.

Fun social walk through the woodlands of the Minnoch.

Meeting Water of Minnoch, near Newton Stewart.  Parking area next to bridge near Brigton on back road from Minnigaff to Bargrennan (NX361750)
